In addition, the Marching Uniform Chair is responsible for inventory of donated shoes and other items as needed. For the 2024-25 marching season, the Marching Uniform Chair is also responsible for Guard uniforms (both parade and show), including coordinating with vendors, cleaning, inventory, fitting etc, in coordination with the Guard Coach(es) and Band Director. This may not be the case in subsequent years, if so, these tasks will fall to the Guard Chair. There are two seasons to the Uniform Coordinator job: Marching and Concert seasons.
